Mnd announcement on the 28th in the morning and the stock was able to be traded all day. Then after close a trading halt for a cap raise. The company would have known about this and the stock should have been halted in the morning or at least a pause in trading? Interesting.
Since we are taking bets. 15% placement at 8 cents. If this cap raise is done at a premium to 10 cents I will run a lap of Perth in a sequence dress.
