No. The trading halt clearly said it was for an announcement related to "revenue performance", not a takeover offer.
I still think it's related to April revenue or possibly the quarterly revenues as well. They probably need the trading halt to make sure the numbers are accurate. So I'm picking first $6m month that DW recently said would be worthy of an announcement.
