No need to guess ? The announcement gives you the reference / reasoning for the TH request .... nothing to do with a take over by CSL ..... to remain ASX compliant PNV would have surely mentioned 'corporate activity' in today's announcement if what you are claiming had any remote chance of being true ...

I am anticipating it is a downgrade to earnings judging by the fact that previous positive trading updates were just announced without a TH ... see below example
