I’m not impressed by the whole situation. I removed the tweets this morning and asked HC to remove the posts too. It occurred to me that Darren’s slip up could force their hand and if if they didn’t want to release it, they might have a good reason.

Only legit reason i found was a few million employee options that vest when the resource hits 3.2Moz and I think they expire this CY. Given they only do one update per year, this update likely won’t satisfy that requirement.

Outside of that, hopefully it’s not a grade or ounce issue.

Best case would be that the pigs haven’t gorged at the trough for long enough while the price was down at 4c. Also considered that if there’s a board or exec shakeup they may have wanted the new leadership to release the news and manage the promotion of it. If that new leader isn’t yet ready to commence, this may scupper that plan.

Time will tell.
