There can only be 2 options here imo.

1/ One or more of the financial entities want more exposure and they have added more shares and money into the overall raise.

2/ One or more of the financial entities has hit a financial hurdle, a possibility in the current risky financial market/banking crisis globally.

Either way, there will be a halt or suspension until management add to the raise or find a replacement depending on which one it is. The chart is showing signs of a break out so not ideal timing. But hopefully once we are trading again we can continue on.
