I took the "Lake Hope Transaction" to be the project purchase:
- It's costing us cash to complete the PFS and earn 80%
- I wonder if the vendors are thinking Impact shares for their remaining 20%
Future development and financing would be much simpler with a single ownership entity. I see one entity as being better able to leverage the full value of the project, so as to gain the maximum benefit for every shareholder. Hopefully...
