that'd be it, EPC contracts mean that you carry the performance risks, sometimes the only recovery available is through indemnity insurance. sounds like a blowout and they wont have the balance sheet to get through, no-one will touch a raising and the banks will get nervous on their debt levels, I really feel for companies in these types of perfect storms as the supply chain shuts down and the banks start to ask for assurances they know you cant give, next ann will be by an administrator I fear.
