OTC is the options market which is different from the share market.
unlisted options are just that, unlisted. The details and exercise is handled by the company. You can in theory but and sell unlisted options but you would have to personally find a buyer/seller and advise the company etc and fill out forms which is all a bit hard to do. There’s a company called Liquidise that is setting up to handle unlisted equity but that’s still a while a way. If 4DX gets to $1.50 there’ll be a thread on here about conversion.
