Good idea to slot in the cap raise with a 'material commercial agreement.'
Likely means that the cash flows from this agreement mean that the next cap raise wont be as significant as this could push us into positive cash flows. hopefully raising no more than $40M.
Interesting to see the size of the agreement and if this means the CR is going to be at the current price or a smaller discount (5-10%)
