I don't like the 20% discount.. but realistically the market is...

I don't like the 20% discount.. but realistically the market is difficult for raising atm, this year only around 10 IPO!!! and most placements are around the 15% to 20% discount.. .the sweetener is the SPP with the Options.... personally don't like them raising this early on, as more contract rolling in, but realistically, I don't see them cashflow positive until earliest FY24 onwards, so don't want them to raising with only $10m cash in the bank.. and who knows what share price and market condition end of the year will be....
