The current MC/EV doesn’t really reflect the potential benefits of a signed agreement.
The benefits are many, but particularly no, or limited dilution (that is huge), capacity to accelerate by literally YEARS, the development and execution of mine. Very few companies have the financial security to just simply plan and mine.
What value do you put on that.
Not sure, then it’s back to the drawing board, but It simply looks like there’s too much shallow gold tbh, but a lot more than is currently factored in.
It doesn’t look like the sp reflects the signed agreement imo, but it does reflect the hesitancy and caution which is warranted given that the company is essentially in limbo.
The resource looks to be extraordinary.
If the agreement falls through, I reckon someone would want. It’s the resource that speaks here. Too good to let go. Especially given current pog.
Crazy shit happens in this sector so nothing surprises any of us.
All points to a solid agreement imo, interesting week ahead.
