Ok mate, so you're suggesting get a 25yo recent grad geologist on board and get them to use their knowledge and experience to hit a 30mil tone gold mine in 6 months..
The kid can't make a cheese sandwich and you're expecting them to hit 30m tons' of gold. Its like any trade, you pay for experience, duration and quality.
