IMHO it only takes an hour or so to sort out the comms of the deal is off. so the longer this takes the more positive it looks.
putting comms around a partnership, equity share, capital input etc which has to be approved by the comms teams both ends takes much long so I am taking some heart in the leangth of time this TH has already been.
