Interesting timing?

No info at this stage to provide shareholders and the market in general with the finer details of the 'capital raising', PYC keeping their cards close to their chest, which begs the question. WHY are the details being withheld, particularly when we are in a trading halt?
I suspect Biosurges point of view has much merit.
