What are you talking about. Gold is on the cusp of a massive breakout or breakdown. The bollingers are tight on the DXY and there's a big move coming. Ian would be silly to do a large cap raise now. He's done the right thing and the results speak for themselves.
If the gold price breaks out here a large cap raise now to weak handed instos could result in the stock stalling and the results following a breakdown in gold prices is self explanatory.
