Your take on this is perplexing. A small raising at 16 cents to an institutional backer (who will likely not flog their shares like a day trader) to see us through, as spelt out, the next two stages of developmental progress is an astute move by STN. Once those two phases are complete STN will have a resource upgrade and extractive metallurgy results from the column tests in play and before the market likely resulting in a higher share price for the next raising. What's not to like about that?
