You were right.
Hopefully it will be a offer to Share holders directly and will be accompanied by the MRE. If they do that it might be redeemable as it will allow current SH to average down with good news to support the SP up but I don't have high hopes.
I'll probably still be buying if we go substanually lower there 4.5c as after the CR we will have good news flow. Also if the drill bit it following the 28g by 28 m holes we might be getting so very good results.
