Will be flow through to Canadian investors, rights issue to current holders and probably some soph investors.
I take the release today to mean the MRE etc will be announced in the next few weeks before CR closes. Using announcements to sure up CR participation rather than pump price and raise at higher levels.
Mgt are unbearable the way they have destroyed value. If I didn't see a good probability relatively near term, profitable and scalable operation I would have been out ages ago.
