As Matt Shackleton said to the interviewer, WA is right into mining but it appears the Federal EPA is just getting started on its mission to stifle productive investments of all types. Its a shame about the NAIF funding but they have to fund things that are likely or definitiely happening rather than sit waiting for things like this that have no forward momentum and may never proceed.
