Reading your synopsis, it’s clear that it’s best to sell up and move on. There is nothing here for a sane person.
Sometimes a bullet to the pocket is better than to the head.
Kill it to 0, and close the door.
Today with the internet and everything being recorded for the future, no investor will put life into this 23 year fossil.
GLTA, I have no investment here. But did once lose $20k here and healthier having left some 5 years ago.
