Very positive this announcement follows so quickly after the response to the ASX and confirms that RSH was well down the track in it's planning for a substantial capital raise to fund operations through the next 12 months in the US. The strategic acquisition is a curve ball, hopefully a very positive and value creating one! Will be interesting to see how it is funded - straight cash or equity or both.
Like everybody else keen to see the details and who is driving this capital raise and acquisition, if the right parties could be the major catalyst we have been waiting for to get this stock moving.
