Also seeking funds was $3.5 million mining and energy group Intra Energy. The company, via sole lead manager Wentworth Securities, is seeking a minimum of $2.5 million via a placement to fund the acquisition of the Llama Lithium Project in Quebec and fund exploration of the Yalgarra Project in Western Australia.
The offer was priced at 0.5¢ per share – equal to the current trading price. Final bids were due 5pm on Monday.
The deal was overseen by Phil Cawood, seasoned dealmaker and fund manager favourite, who earlier this month jumped ship to Wentworth from Pac Partners.
