Firstly, it's "scrip", not " script", but we'll overlook that...
As you may be aware, when clients are offered stock in a placement, the email is usually marked as confidential. While a stock is in a TH, any leakage of info probably doesn't change the situation that much, however, as some brokers& directors may know me, I won't shit in my own nest by blabbing the details on a term sheet. If anyone else wants to, that's fine, I don't care...
So, I was emailed about this raise but due to circumstances, I didn't take it up.
To answer you.....no, I didn't get cheap scrip. My holding was bought on market and I still have an unfilled order. I am at the same level of risk as you.
I believe we will be happy with the outcome and won't be trashed by cheap placement stock....let's chat again when the deal is announced
