not sure why ppl are whining. our most important focus is time to production, and how to reduce it. we plan construction for the 4ktpa plant for H2 23. we currently have like 25m$ plus this additional 35m$ = 60m$. This hopefully ensures that we can start construction asap (with all the permits). Stage 1 DFS will not bring many surprises (I guess stage 2 DFS end of 23 will move the needle more). We already got our resource upgrade - so this won't be included in the stage 1 DFS anymore. we also need funds to continue with our Greenbushes drilling. but again, most important thing is time, and that we quickly get everything in line to start HMW construction and then soon production. this can then generate $$ to fund our production expansion step by step, including Candelas. maybe this is our last equity CR!

the delta $$ for stage 1 construction could come later, from loan/debt or offtake prepayment. but we need to be able to start with everything now, time - all about time. DYOR!
