So stock was 30c when they came over to RIU conference last week and now being done at 15% discount to the price at the time plus fees plus options probably - and all because they waited too long to issue so had no choice and by default let everyone know an issue was coming - another ASX company with a Board with zero regard for shareholders and seemingly no understanding how capital markets work
