Looking at the history of announcements, they have been working towards the DSO being a cashflow injection to get the nickel up and running. The CR must be for the DSO, or and Nickel
Every single announcement has taken one step forward which is great, but deals and contracts always slip out of the expected timeframes, thats just the reality.
I imagine they did this last minute hoping for the contracts to drop in, it may be a small CR after all, but I would like to see at least 12 months worth of runway, to be safe due to the above.
However, WIN is SO close - DSO mining proposal submitted to govt, multiple off-takes in discussion for both nickel and DSO, great location, its all geared towards production.
I would be pissed if none of the above was on track and then we get a CR.
