Regarding the timing, I think management have got it spot on. As per my previous posts they needed to raise now to maximise the opportunity at hand, and kudos to them they let the recent rally in SP fizzle out before they pressed the button.
All those calling for a raise at 50c by the end of the year were dreaming. This was always coming. Get it done, move on. Watch this fly now with a few reimbursement announcements.
