Just to show what it would look like if we all did at a minimum amount let's say $1250, might not be able to come up with 30K but most might find 1K, and everyone is mostly excited, nice new shinny thing and all. Everyone is in to make money regardless of position size and given the opportunity, why not participate to the best that you can. But weirdly the math works out the same as 2021, even through 25% have all the money. If you could, why wouldn't you, a modest amount can make a big difference to some people down the track and some with small holding may have 30K. Based on 2021 CR below, there where 32M reasons to participate. Only 7.5M where given the opportunity. 24.5 M left on the sidelines. Still has not worked out well for the 7.5M yet. No worries we will raise some more.
Only 167 (13%) of the 1252 (over 100K) need to pony up 30K and deal is done.
30K * 166.6 = 5M
Some holders will buy small parcels to try and game/benefit in case of a CR. If I was late to party this is what I would do.
The way IPD have done most of the CR this is not possible.
Others will take the risk and sell as high as possible to fund the CR @ 0.13 cents. ie sell 200K @0.15 to buy 230K @ 0.13 = 4K of alpha. or try and buy back at a price lower than ur selling price same sort of result if you can buy lower.
If you hold over 2.31M shares you are diluted(based on rounding to 10% as the math is easier). If you hold under 2.3M shares you are diluted(and might not be issued any shares) Not many winners in a CR from the dilutive perspective (less future earnings per share). There is beauty in the rarity of things. Spread the love around. I hope we reach the 2B in profits first before we reach the 2B in shares on issue. Maybe management is confused.

There are companies that succeed with what they have and there are companies that fail with more than what they need.

Managment that do not do what they say become questionable. At least they are not using AI in any presentations. It does feel like a rinse and repeat from 2016 or Simple Minds hit song from the 80s.

Should be a big dump on Friday/Monday morning as Instos make alpha (they know what they got and can sell what they need down to 0.13 to make alpha) and retail get shafted. No soup for retail.
