They would likely have had the 4 million secured before even opening the offer.
Sophs and larger holders get approached in the days leading up to the offer and if it's a reasonable deal it's often tied up before the announcement.
Good to see there wasn't any shortfall but then 4 mill is not a huge amount to raise.
Dilution will be minimal too so that's good as well
