Not true. Sophs were invited a couple of days before the TH was announced.
The idea is to have as much of the raise required spoken for by the time the TH is announced as shortfalls are to be avoided if at all possible.
I suspect, and it's only speculation, that if it appears that the raise will fall significantly short it may be abandoned and other streams of capital pursued.
It's not a good look if a company goes cap in hand to the market only to be found wanting.
