I agree with you.

Peter is a great geologist. He is a careful and methodical guy and that is great to analyse prospective ground and projects, as we do have some winners that were acquired for peanuts at a time when mining was not getting any love. But he doesn't know how to time the market. He lives his everyday unaware of the SP, which is not acceptable for a MD. SP determines how we finance ourselves, specially if we are close to running out of funds.

This CR should have happened months ago, before any results were released. We would be sitting at the same SP but the money would already be in the bank with half the dilution.

We need someone that understands the pressure to deliver, who understands that as a junior communicating to the market and shareholders is everything. And we need someone to take care of PR to attract investors again.
