I reckon that the BoD had to fall back on this low-priced CR because it failed to land a bigger and better fish. It needed money and tried a non-soph market to get it on terms favourable to existing shareholders. For whatever reason it failed.
Imo, this CR taints its capability of raising funds on favourable terms. It also has alienated, to some extent anyway, shareholders like me. I am quite disappointed. I just hope that it does much, much better next time.
