I really hope that no one from the company or representing the company is providing estimates of when EPA approval will come through..

Everyone from Ian down to the smallest holder has been burnt with expectations around EPA approval.
Unless there is serious insider information (from EPA) that EPA is practically a done real, I don't see how a broker can earnestly make any comment on the EPA timeline, let alone make it a point of how soon it can be expected, to help push $10+ mil of funding through the doors.

Any way to confirm if this was indeed a part of the sales pitch?
