They raised $10m at 80c in March. It's unbelievable they now need a full on recap 2 months later at 26c. The mooted sale of the agave farm was to pay down the $35m in debt that they're paying 10.25% on. So, I guess anyone participating here would understand they are tipping in equity so the company can pay off debt. They're going to get absolutely wrecked on this raise.
