@Klogg, it is also important to remember just because EGP gets shares cheaper, does not mean that it is a good deal for them. There would not be much point in buying 2c shares at 1.7c when they are likely to further slide to 1c in six months at this trajectory. Only way EGP can make money is by selling down at whatever price they can get and destroying the share price further in the process. My understanding is that EGP management does not have that mindset. I am not sure even EGP would want this- getting paid in cash probably would be their choice. Maybe it is better they own 20% of the company and then force selling of the company. It will be interesting to watch what happens
