They won't be in a position to pay it out earlier because they can't make money so no nothing mentioned there is positive. More shares issued at a ridiculous price to reduce debt is not positive!
The two things of interest int he announcement:
- Period for on market buying from directors open soon... lets see if any actually put money where mouth is in a meaningful way!!!!
- It's there in writing again that they do not think any further capital injection is needed. Black and white. Let's see it!
