They did well raising at 2c. I simply outlined what was the worst case given the situation. In that case, you were diluted massively. Here you're still diluted and have not really solved the cash issue. They're burning cash, with a smaller interest bill. Remember, their OCF was -636k for Q3 - more than the entire cap raise.
So cash of $1.6m plus this:
becomes loans of $700k, and cash of $1.6m.
Note: When the MD doesn't address the issue posing an existential threat to the company during an investor presentation, there's a serious concern.
