Here you're still diluted and have not really solved the cash issue. They're burning cash, with a smaller interest bill. Remember, their OCF was -636k for Q3 - more than the entire cap raise.
So cash of $1.6m plus this:
becomes loans of $700k, and cash of $1.6m.
Note: When the MD doesn't address the issue posing an existential threat to the company during an investor presentation, there's a serious concern.
