That's another 270 million shares at 15 cents, so the dilution is significant yet again.

Some companies just seem to go mad with share creations and then have to eventually undertake two or more consolidations down the track, which is not optimal.

To maintain an equivalent market cap after the raise, the price is then equivalent to 13 or 14 cents, so I hope for shareholders the market cap can hold on to it's rise.

They have not completed a DFS yet, so there is still a fair way to go here in terms of time, with no estimated production timeline available or likely in the near future, so it's a longer term bet.

The gold resource looks good though, so it's one to watch.
