Yes, that was at the H2-23 results. Tim was asked whether additional equity would be required. His response was something along the lines of looking at scenarios for capital requirements based on their pipeline, balancing opportunity with existing cashflow, which currently tracking around b/e. He said they would be looking at market opportunities and how best to exploit that.

Maybe Saudi Arabia, or NHS-pilot related?? I agree with previous comments - capital raising much better received if it's related to an acquisition or large contract, rather than just to bolster the coffers.
