Disagree, they have plenty of cash on hand so do not "need" the cash as you say. They could choose to wait til the income flows and slow down their growth plans until such time but they've obviously "chosen" to invest in growth because they've seen value in doing so. Anyone that's been invested for more than a year will agree that they've done this successfully thus far.
