Well, PLL comes to mind but lest not go down that path again. But why would you not release some good information, if you had it, before doing a credit raise.. We know they have the Moblan PFS and if they are going make sales in July, they must have a buyer now or very close to it, why not wait.
They can't release information to the Institutions and not make a ASX announcement
