and why shouldn't Africa own more of the resources it exports, their population isn't exactly living it up on easy street. A minority stake isn't a complete nationalisation of a project. Paladin should take the initiative and propose a workable relationship. It's no different to a lofty mining tax that often comes up in South American countries. If LHM is a world class asset, there should be plenty to go around.
