Your are suggesting that someone happily paid up on volume, through the 20c's up to 27c to support a CR they knew was coming..... Why not just wait for the CR... Yep lets just throw 35% out the window.... Now, blaming the Coy of spruiking the story to get the SP moving, isn't that their JOB, to work in the best interest of shareholders... a higher CR price is in the best interest of existing shareholders (new participants would have been much happier paying 12c right)... Mgmt has alot of skin in the game here... they want the same as all existing holders... a $1.xx SP post drilling..
