Sequoia anticipates that after allowing for capital gains tax on the sale, it willhave <$40m of cash available to pursue its longer-term growth strategy andundertake capital management strategies to provide the platform for achievingthe $300m of annual revenue at an 8% EBITDA target by 2026.Having a large cash pool to deploy allows the company to seek out coreacquisition opportunities with the option of not having to issue large numbersof new shares as its currency.
