Well I just don't know how this plays out. Surely if this is a process of organizing payment or rearranging terms 2 days is enough. So as I would assume this non payment would not have been a shock as you would be in communication on 31st anyway.
As the agreement is pretty clear then SEQ keeps the break fee - I would say please lets discuss this but your $3 million is gone if no payment made by 9am on Friday. I would have lifted the trading halt and said that the company will review other alternatives.
