Well there you have it, and not unexpected - "a delay by New Quantum in meeting its settlement obligation of stage 1 completion of its Acquisition of 80% of Morrison SecuritiesPty Ltd that was due for settlement May 31 2023."
Hopefully 'delay' menas merely a time delay as paperwork is processed and not a muck around trying to fnd the money before an admit of 'no can do'.
