At the very best it will be a money back if they can't fix it (and that will probably have loop holes). The economic (possibly fatal) damage to the company whilst they try to fix any failure will likely be excluded and unrecoverable.
If this does go belly up (and I still hold out hope it won't) my complaint will be about the claim on 28 April 23 that they were "confident inreaching an interim production rate target of 60ktpa in July". I'll be asking someone (ASIC or class action lawyer) to have a look at the factual basis on which they made that claim.
