If you're looking for good news amidst the gloom, they got the full $40M put away and the $10M SPP is underwritten. I wasn't sure they'd get the full amount put away, but they managed it. But I agree with another poster, the management share sales over the past quarter look pretty poor, given I personally feel they've been less than transparent on the details.
