Well after a good think about it I've purchased more at 0.17 and 0.165, that is my fill for bcb, average now around 0.215. Pre cap raising market cap at this price (0.17) is circa $310m, so around $360m post cap raise. Obviously would have preferred if it had been manageable to get through ramp up without a cap raise or using debt, however I've now bought in at these lower prices and with reduced risk. Does add some comfort that insiders have tipped in some serious cash at this price as well.
Their current mines either producing or about to produce should get to circa 3mt in the next 12-18 months, which I forecast at conservatively $360m profit before tax (approximately the current market cap) once operating at that level for a full year. Once they become profitable there will be some tax losses to absorb. There is also additional tonnage potential to bring online.
